Life-Time Warranty

  • Structural frame components including main frame, rear frame, fork, seat post, and frame welds

First year Warranty

  • Parts and labour covered

          Includes:

  1. all parts and labour required to effect the repair

          Excludes:

  1. Transport
  2. Batteries: 3 month manufacturers warranty.
  3. Damage caused by:
    a. Abuse, misuse, accident or negligence
    b. Improper operation, maintenance or storage
    c. Commercial use or use other than normal
    d. Repairs and/or modifications.

Second year Warranty

  • Includes: Parts only

  • Excludes:

    1. Battery manufacturer provides a three-month limited warranty
    2. Tires, except that warranty provided by the tyre manufacturer
    3. ABS plastic shrouds
    4. Damage caused by battery fluid spillage or leakage
    5. Damage caused by:
    a. Abuse, misuse, accident or negligence
    b. Improper operation, maintenance or storage
    c. Commercial use or use other than normal
    d. Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Mobilityscooters.co.za

    6. Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred in repair of the product. This warranty does not include any labour charges incurred in replacement part installation.

    Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. Liabilities for consequential damage are excluded.
