Lifetime Warranty Contract
This Lifetime Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by SA Scooter Shop Company ("Company") to the original purchaser ("Owner") of a Mobility Scooter ("Product"). This Warranty applies only to the first owner and is non-transferable. By offering this Warranty, we take the risk of maintenance away from the customer, giving them peace of mind that if anything goes wrong during their lifetime, we will have you covered. If we are unable to repair the Product while the customer waits, we will provide a rental scooter.
Warranty Coverage
The Company warrants the the Product for the lifetime of the Owner, subject to the terms and conditions stated in this contract. The following items are included under this Warranty:
- Electronics: All electronic components, including the controllers.
- Frame: The structural frame of the scooter.
- Transaxle: The transaxle system.
- Regular Services: Regular services on a carry-in basis. We recommend annual services to ensure optimal performance.
- Charger and all electronics
- Rental Scooter: Provision of a rental scooter if repairs cannot be completed while the customer waits.
Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of the Product.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
- Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, or other external forces.
- Modifications or alterations made to the Product without the prior written consent of the Company.
- Parts that are subject to deterioration over time, including batteries, brakes, tyres, upholstery, and grips.
Conclusion
- This Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims.
- The Company reserves the right to inspect the Product and determine the validity of any warranty claim.
By purchasing the Product, the Owner agrees to the terms and conditions of this Warranty.
